Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Honolulu, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Insurance documentation available before work begins on any Honolulu commercial property.
Local Honolulu dispatch minimizes business disruption with scheduling around your operating hours.
Membrane type and repair scope are itemized separately in every Flat Roof Repair estimate.
Proper membrane welding equipment prevents the seam failures common with improvised patches.
Flat roof issues cover a specific range of membrane and drainage problems — here's our Flat Roof Repair scope.
TPO seam separation gets properly heat-welded, not just caulked over as a temporary fix.
EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
Standing water that doesn't drain within 48 hours accelerates membrane breakdown and needs a drainage fix, not just a patch.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of Honolulu flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
We reseal and reflash equipment curbs as part of a thorough Flat Roof Repair inspection.
Commercial Flat Roof Repair visits are scheduled around your operating hours whenever the situation allows.
A technician inspects the membrane system, checking seams, drains, and any ponding areas.
You receive a written estimate covering membrane repair or drainage correction before work begins.
A completed Flat Roof Repair includes a walkthrough of what was repaired and why.
TPO seam repair was clean, tested it before leaving to make sure it actually held.
